WESTERN CHROME | Alloy Wheels Warranty

WESTERN CHROME extends a warranty against rusting or peeling of the polished chrome plated surfaces for a period of one (1) year. The ALLOY WHEEL is warranted for one (1) year against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the defect is due to accident, neglect, corrosive environment, or other abnormal conditions.

The WESTERN CHROME warranty applies to the original purchaser and is in lieu of all other express warranties for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from WESTERN CHROME. Should the wheel appear to be defective within the warranty period, please call the factory for instructions.

This warranty is limited to the provisions shown and WESTERN CHROME does not assume responsibility for the cost or removal or installation of the wheel or any consequential expense.

Corrosive environments includes, but are not limited to: salt or other abrasive coverings put on the road to limit ice or freezing and road grinding.

Wheels damaged due to mounting (tools/machines), dismounting, or any other damage caused by road hazards, are not guaranteed unless reported before mounting. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All defective items must be returned to our US Facility in Fresno, California, with a copy of the original invoice, FREIGHT PREPAID. Returned items will be replaced free of charge and shipped FREIGHT PREPAID with the dealers next stock order upon confirmation of our responsibility of the defect. A return authorization number must accompany all items. Items returned without prior authorization, or found to be free of defects, are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Any Shipments sent to Western Chrome, Freight Collect, will be billed to the customer.
