WESTERN CHROME extends a warranty against rusting or peeling of the polished chrome plated surfaces dependent upon the type of item:
Should a wheel appear to be defective within the warranty period, please call for instructions.
All defective items must be returned to our US Facility in Fresno, California, with a copy of the original invoice, FREIGHT PREPAID. Returned items will be replaced free of charge and shipped FREIGHT PREPAID with the dealers next stock order upon confirmation of our responsibility of the defect. A return authorization number must accompany all items. Items returned without prior authorization, or found to be free of defects, are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Exchange procedures are like-for-like only. ALL cores must be returned prepaid within 60 days form date of invoice for full credit. After that, the cores will not be accepted and the customer must pay the core charge. Wheels returned for credit are subject to the approval of WESTERN CHROME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All cores must be returned within 60 days from the date of invoice to receive a CREDIT. Cores returned after 60 days will not be accepted and customer must pay the core charge.
For Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) Shipments, customers will be notified prior to shipment to prepay by credit card or cashier's check in order to avoid C.O.D. freight charges. C.O.D. Customers must prepay for Cores. Cores will be refunded or credited when returned within the 60 day period. Any Shipments sent to Western Chrome, Freight Collect, will be billed to the customer. |
